Travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living.

Fuego
As the title suggest today was possibly the hottest day I have experienced, it peaked at 50c which wasn't even at noon, it just got hotter and hotter. Fortunately as I write this I'm protected by the thick white walls of the hostel which is basically a 3 storey apartment with bunk beds. We have scoped out the city and realised it must not fully come alive until later in the evening, although the people are just the one time, in some resepect. We're about to get a scran on, possibly even sit in and cook and enjoy it on the terrace before exploring the nightlife. I hope the boys have all arrived home, well and in one piece. It's too hot to be doing much here except for enjoying the local food and drinks. Oh and for Victors first couple of blunders, he managed to lose his passport, twice and then realising he needed a plastic bag for liquids oh and we saw Steve Jamieson in the airport, I think the holiday is complete before it even took off. Hurhurhurhurhurh.
